A variation on the other recipe of similar name, for days when no coconut is available or no strength to grate and squeeze it!
You will need:
Potatoes
Sweet potatoes
Firm tofu (boiled in water for 3 minutes)
Capsicum
Red onions
Spring onions
Salt
Line or lemon juice
Fresh or dried basil or other herbs
Black sesame seeds
Method:
Boil potatoes and tofu – toast sesame seeds for a few minutes in a dry pan. Dice cooked potatoes. Mash tofu finely. Mix all ingredients together and serve warm or chilled.
