You will need:
Garlic
Onion
Soy sauce
Salt
Other pieces of veggies.
Method:
Put all into a large pot with some water and bring to the boil.
Add small pieces of the gluten dough
Stir often and push gluten down into the broth.
Simmer for ½ – ¾ hr.
Drain gluten immediately and chop, mince, fry or leave to soak in broth until cold, then use as desired.
Excellent for any dish which you wish to add a “meaty” texture to, or you can fry them in large pieces as is, ie. like pieces of steak.
