Sticky-rice Mangoes


Ingredients

1. Coconut milk(the 1st and 2nd round squeezed)

2. Ripe Mangoes

3. Roasted mung-beans(skinless)

4. Salt and Sugar to taste

5. Sticky-rice (2-3 cans)
 

Cooking Procedures

 

1. Boil the 2nd round squeezed coconut milk with mung beans.

2. Wash the sticky-rice and boil with the boiling coconut milk till all the water got evaporated.

3. Once the water evaporated let it sit on a very low fire till the rice is properly cooked.

4. Mix the sugar and salt together with the first round squeezed of coconut milk.

5. Put the sticky-rice in and mix it together (make sure to mix it well).

6. Cut the mangoes into cubes or the size you want.

7. Eat it with the sticky-rice.
