Amok Tofu

 

Ingredients

1. Lemongrass (2-3 stalks slice into thin pieces), tumeric & kjiay (50mg), garlic (5-10 cloves depend on the size):pound together except garlic pound last.
2. Tofu (3-5 cubes cut)
3. Noni Leaves (10-15 leaves): Cut up in small pieces
4. Coconut Milk (1 time squeeze 2.5ml)
5. Sugar & Salt to taste
6. Red dried chillies (take out seeds): Pound or chop with knife until it is fined.
4. Banana leaves (for wrapping when steam)

#*#Preparation and cooking#*#

1. Mix the pounded ingredients with tofu, noni leaves, coconut milk, sugar & salt and red dried chillies together.
2. Wrap the mixed stuff with banana leaves in a boat or cone shape.
3. Put it in a steamer to steam for 10-15 minutes.
