Cashew-nut Paste

1. Roasted/Raw Cashew-nuts (20 seeds)
2. Garlic 4 cloves
3. Boiled seaweed (the dried seaweed in packet) with little bit of water
4. Salt to taste
5. Spring onion or celery (if preferred): Finely chopped
6. Chili (if preferred)

*@*How to Make the Paste*@*


1. Put the cashew-nuts, garlic, the boiled seaweed with the water that you boiled it with and
salt into the blender. Blend them together.

2. Take the paste out and sprinkle the spring onion on top of the paste.

O#O Ah ha! Now, What are You Going to Eat it With? 🙂


1. You can dip your cabbage, carrot, cucumber, long beans/string beans or lettuce into it.
2. You can dip your crispy bread in or put on top of your rice.
