Peanut Sauce

**Ingredients**

1. Roasted peanuts (250mg pounded not too small)

2. Lemons or limes (1 or 2)

3. Garlic (4-6 cloves)

4. Red onion (1 or 2 slice to thin pieces)

3. Salt to taste

4. Water boil with sugar (if it is palm sugar)

5. Carrot (1/2 grated)

6. Chili (1 or 2)

1. Crush or chop the garlics and put it into the bowl.

2. Slice the red onions and add with garlics.

3. Add salt and squeeze the lime in.

4. If you use refine sugar you can add water (pure or clean). But if you use palm sugar you boil the water with palm sugar.

5. Put grated carrot and chili in.

6. Put the pounded peanuts in.

2. Noodles (can be instant noodles):Add some vegies in such as: Lettuce, cucumber, herbs, cabbage

3. Tofu (dip in with vegies like the ones in noodles)

4. Pour on your rice along with some vegies mentioned.

5. Dip your bread in (toasted bread “crispy” is more yummy)
