Tomato Pickle

1. Tomatoes (2 or 4): raw or grill

2. Salt and sugar(honey could substitute sugar) to taste

3. Garlic: 4 cloves depend on the size (crushed or chopped)

4. Red onions: 1 or 2 (finely sliced)

5. Spring onion leaves (finely chopped)

6. Chili (if preferred)

*#*How to Make it*#*

1. Cut up the tomatoes if it is raw. But for the grill ones just use the spoon to cut it

within the bowl that they are placed in.

2. Put the garlic, salt, sugar, red onion, chili.

3. Spring onion leaves always the last.
