This makes a fast and quite easy breakfast food.
You will need:
Tofu (mashed) – I use firm but you could use silken.
Garlic crushed
Onion finely chopped (if you want)
Salt to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Turmeric powder (if you want it yellowish).
Method:
Sauté the garlic and onion and add the mashed tofu.
Add the rest of the ingredients and a little extra water if it seems to be sticking or too dry.
Serve on rice or toast or use as sandwich filling.
